How to Order

In the title of each product you will see the date for the week we are taking orders for. Every Sunday night at 8pm we re-stock the store for the next week.

Place your order the week before you need your cake.

Place your order choosing the flavour, day of collection (Wednesday, Thursday or Friday).

Your Cake, Cupcakes or treats will be ready for you to collect at The Little Coffee Hut from 8.30am to 4pm on the day you chose for collection. You will receive notification the day before that your order will be ready to pick up the next day. 

At this time we can only take orders through the website, we cannot take them over the phone and they cannot be pre-booked for future dates. 

If your cake is needed for Saturday or Sunday you can collect on Friday, all our treats and cakes last from 4-7 days from the collection day.

Can I order a custom cake?

Can I collect a box of treats?

We are delighted to now offer collection for those that are local to Tullamore, Collection point is The little Coffee Hut, Burlington Business Pk, Sragh, Tullamore, Co. Offaly. 

 

Can I collect Cake and Cupcakes?

We have a selection of cakes and cupcakes that can be collected from the Little Coffee Hut every Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, simply choose the day you wish to collect. Every Sunday at 8pm we restock the store for the next weeks collections.

Where do I collect?

If you have chosen click and collect your cake/cupcakes will be at the little coffee hut from 8.30am-4pm on the day you have chosen, please note that the coffee hut closes at 4pm and if you have not collected by this time we have no access once it is closed until the following day. 

How do I place an order?

All orders must be placed through the website, we have no facility to take orders or payments over the phone or though social media.

How does ordering work?

Every Sunday at 8pm the store is filled with a limited number of stock for the following Wednesday week. The next dispatch or collection date is on the title of each product. If you choose postal we dispatch on a Wednesday each week, which allows 1-2 days for you to receive your product in time for the Weekend! If you choose click and collect your order will be at the little coffee hut from 8.30am to 4pm on the day you chose for collection. 

If I have missed ordering could I still order on Monday for the Wednesday coming? 

No unfortunately if you have missed ordering before 8pm on Sunday we cannot get the order out that week. 

Do you make Vegan/Gluten Free/Dairy Free/Nut free?

No all our cakes contain butter, wheat flour, eggs and we are unable to substitute these ingredients. Our cakes may also contain nuts and are made in an environment that handles nuts and soya. We cannot guarantee that the cakes will not contain traces of these elements due to the nature of our production. We accept no liability for a customer suffering an allergic reaction from consuming our cakes.

Do you deliver?

At this time we do not deliver, we only have the click and collect service

What are your postage costs?

We charge €6 per box on our postal products. All our products are currently send via normal post with An Post. We do not ship buttercream cakes or cupcakes, only what is in the postal section of the website. 

How do I store my treats? 

Store in a cool dry place. If stored in an airtight container, brownies can last for up to 7 days & biscuit cake up to 4 weeks. They can also be frozen.

Storage for click and collect items? 

If you have collected a cake or cupcakes from The Little Coffee Hut, you do not need to refrigerate it, store at room temperature but in a cool room out of direct sunlight.
